The addition of Accessible Accessories to not only the parts department but to rest of the staff at Murray GM has had nothing but positive results. These results would include more accessibility to look at accessories by our customers, our sales team and parts staff. Since launching this tool in our dealership we have increased our accessories sales while freeing up time for the counter staff. It is important to set up a process in which the sale's team can benefit. This program also allows us to deliver the customer a neat, clear, quote that we are able to track.
